assure, ensure, guarantee, insure, reassure, promise都含有“保证”之意
【典例分析】
1. He is already assured of the job and his interview is a mere formality.
他肯定已经获得了那份工作了，口头审查只是形式而已。

2. Ensure that whatever you gain now will be for keeps.
确保你现在所获得的一切永远不会失去。
